Lady Dies After Acid Attack From Ex-Husband Who Is Former MCA

– The suspect is a former Liruta ward MCA
– He is accused of attacking the lady with acid and leaving her on the road at night – He allegedly ordered his friend to force himself on the lady as well
A former Kiambu county Member of County Assembly (MCA) is in police custody after he allegedly attacked his wife with sulphuric acid and ordered his friend to force himself on her before leaving her on the road at night.
The suspect identified as former Liruta MCA Jua Kali is said to have been angered by the estranged wife’s decision to end their relationship.
The wife goes by the name Apple Gal on social media. Reports indicates she has died while receiving treatment at the Kenyatta National Hospital.
We learned that the lady who had a young son with the ex-MCA had decided to call off the relationship.
The man, irked by the move, lured the lady into a meeting but it turned out he had another sinister motive.
Together with his friend, they allegedly cornered the lady in a bush, beat her, the friend forced himself on her before they poured acid on her face.
She suffered 70% burns and was taken to the Kiambu Hospital before being transferred to KNH ICU. Kenyans are now demanding justice for the woman. Source:Anthony Izekor blog
